OUR IN SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

48-hour notice is required with canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. No shows will result in a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time and the stylist is unable to accommodate you it will be charged like a no show.
